This newly remodeled lakefront home contains a living room with fireplace and queen sofa sleeper, kitchen with breakfast bar, two bedrooms (one with 2 double beds, one w/ queen bed) and one tub/shower bathroom and a boat rental. The perfect place for your vacation! Great for families, couples, mother & daughter shopping getaway, or even a father & son fishing trip!
This cozy vacation rental is available year around and features a private dock, central heating and air conditioning, laundry room, Satellite TV, DVD, Playstation 2, electronic dart board, volley ball, ring toss, phone, all bedding, bath and dish towels. Comfortably sleeps 8. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a coffee maker, utensils, pots & pans, basic spices, dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, and refrigerator.
Outside, you can enjoy cooking on the charcoal grill and eating on the large deck and patio set. Then, walk 50 feet and relax on the beach chairs & loungers on the beach or dock! You can also rent the boat right at the lake house! Have fun on the lake and take the boat to go cruising or tubing! It has it all; Great Memories, Swimming, Fishing & View!
We are within 25 minutes from 5 star golf, fine and casual dining, Osage Beach Factory Outlet shopping, caves, go-carts and much more to keep your entire crew busy for days. We are located on the QUIET side of the lake meaning "NO TRAFFIC JAM" every time you need to go to the store. Why fight the traffic while you’re supposed to be relaxing on vacation?

Required $200.00 reservation/cancellation-damage deposit and ˝ rent due at time of booking which can be made by check, cash, or we accept credit cards through Pay Pal. Short notices must pay in full.
Deposit will be returned by mail after departure when property has been inspected for damage or missing items. No refunds for early departure.
Must be 25 to rent. Check in time after 2:00 p.m. and check out time is by 11:00 a.m.
We are not responsible for accidents or injury or for any loss of personal items or valuables. There's plenty of parking for your boat trailer!
