Full Description: Come enjoy a week or a weekend in a bright, clean, contemporary lake-front condo on the north shore of the Lake of the Ozarks. You will enjoy a nice main channel view from a screened-in deck.
This kitchen is fully-equipped for your convenience. The dining area seats four to eight and also has a breakfast bar. The living area is bright and comfortable. There are a variety of amenities to enjoy bothon the property and nearby. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer. All linens are provided. You will just need to bring your food, beverage, toiletries, beach towels, and a fishing pole.
The lake-side master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms share the hall bath. One of these bedrooms features a king bed, while the other has two twin beds. Each of the bedrooms has a television.
The condominium is just a few easy steps down from the parking lot. A nice feature is that you will have one designated parking space for your use. Parking for additional vehicles is available nearby.
There are two heated pools generally open Mid May to Mid October. The lakeside pool offers plenty of space for enjoying the sun and water. The second pool is elevated and has an outstanding lake view. There is a tennis court, a walking path, and a small children's playground nearby.
The property is conveniently located on the North Shore area at about the 1.5 MM. This location is just minutes from Highway 54. The North Shore is an outstanding location, with easy access from both Kansas City and St. Louis. You will find that shopping, activities, and a wide range of restaurants are all located just minutes away in Lake Ozark and Osage Beach.
