Jan. 1 - May 22 rental rate is $450/night plus tax and $10 booking fee
May 23 - Sept 1 rental rate is $600/night plus tax and $10 booking fee
Sept 2 - Dec 31 rental rate is $450/night plus tax and $10 booking fee
