Jan. 1 - May 22 rental rate is $400/night plus tax and $10 booking fee
May 23 - Sept 1 rental rate is $500/night plus tax and $10 booking fee
Sept 2 - Dec 31 rental rate is $400/night plus tax and $10 booking fee
Stay 5 nights and get ½ off your 5th night, stay 7 nights and get the 7th night FREE! To make a reservation, we will need a credit card to charge one nights lodging and a $10 booking fee.
