Full Description: $880 July Weekly Rate!!! Welcome to our Beach House…our Sunrise Beach house! This cozy cabin is 900 square feet of comfortable vacation space.
The house is literally steps from the lakefront, the water is at the base of the stairs of the deck.

Close to Laurie's restaurants and shopping with a Quiet and relaxing residential location!
You can enjoy the outdoors and watch the action on the water on the large deck on the front of the house. The huge oak trees growing right up through the deck provide welcome shade - but you can still sun yourself on the dock and swim platform on the dock. We also have plenty of outdoor seating with a patio set, lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill for your use. The cove is quiet with very little boat traffic which allows you to enjoy the water and spend hours on the dock or floating in the water with your friends and family fishing, sunbathing and swimming.
Feel free to use the FISHING BOAT/ROW BOAT during your stay. Adult sized life jackets are included.
This guest house is located at 10 Mile Marker (5-35) on the Sunrise Beach side of the lake which puts you right in the heart of places to go on the lake. Nearby marinas and entertainment complexes offer dining, live music, boat and jet ski rental, and gas docks.
Two bedrooms each with queen-size beds and a futon in the living room provide accommodations for four adults plus children.
